Original post by ArtisticBiscuit:
You do realize everything you post on the forums can be got by anyone who clicks on the picture.
It takes you to a page where you can save the image easily.

SO, add a watermark if you don't want people to get a free fashion.

EDIT BY LEANDRA: In fact, you can't do this if you insert the image properly. If you use just the image url and then click the insert image button and paste it there, then it won't be clickable. Yours are only clickable because you're using the wrong code from servimg which includes the url. If you see a url included then theyll be able to click that yes.

I've now updated the posting page to make it super easy and this can't happen unless you add a link. Now it's all automatic just click upload image, find the pic, adjust resize if wanted, then hit upload. Boom. done!

Don't worry it's only a bad day, not a bad life.

Here are some fool proof ways to make sure you have this right:
1. The image url should end in something like .png or .jpg
2. You can use the classic html code to insert images if you want, heres the code to do that:
Code:
<img src="Your URL Here">
That should be all you need!
3. Or you can use the bbcode used in forums with this code:
Code:
[img]Your URL Here[/img]
4. Always check if you see either of these codes around your image, they're links and you'll need to remove them:
Code:
<a href...></a> or [url]...[/url]

Its the insert image code or the Host an image button code that makes it take you to new page when click image.

The old forums never did that.

Whenyou go to Host an image there are 3 coding options that come up, you want I think its the last one which just says Image: and itll just have the actual image url thats the .jpg or .png
